I had Jas help me. She was very helpful as it was my first time there. The food was delicious. The crust was perfectly thin and crispy. The garlic aioli is a must try as well. I ordered the meat - za. It was a tad on the saltier side but you have to expect that with a lot of meat. I think the only thing is the price. It was a bit pricier for the size but other than that I had a great experience and the food was good.

I ordered vegetarian large pizza. I loved the freshly homemade crust, nice and crispy with tons of veggies plus perfect amount of cheese. Loved garlic dip which was made in house. It was cooked less than 10 minutes and service was quick. It was my first time and really enjoyed. Will come back again for surely since it was delicious and unique than any another pizza. Loved it

mazing experience at ZA Pizzeria YYC! The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and made perfectly. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, and the crust was spot on. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick with service, which made the visit even better. Definitely one of the best pizza spots in Calgary — I’ll be coming back for sure. Highly recommend!

I was in the area on a Sunday night and finally had the chance to try out ‘Za! The reviews were right. They made their pizzas differently and they used only the quality ingredients in their pie. We got the ‘Za Deluxe as I love variety of toppings on my pie like pepperoni, onions, peppers and sausages. I really like crust. It’s thin, crispy yet it has a load of toppings and cheese. The dough was chewy and airy, which I happily dipped to their flavourful garlic sauce. They also have pizza slice if you just want to grab some quick bites on-the-go. I got to try their chicken wings too (Hot). With just the right amount of spicy kick, it really is the perfect appetizer to compliment the pizza. The owner was awesome and knows what he’s doing. You know he really loves his pizza when he makes all of his pie with intention and passion. He mentioned that they will explore in the future and make a NY style pizza too, which I am excited about! If you happen to be in the area of Chinook, Heritage or Macleod, go and try this one out! Their prices were surprisingly on the lower side, considering they put a lot of effort and quality on their food. One of the top tier pizza in the city!

I rated atmosphere low only because this independent pizza place is better for takeout -not really set up for dining in , but the service was top shelf -Very accommodating, friendly and informative, and the pizza was cooked to chewy dough-y cheesy weightlessness! It felt great to Support a small independent kitchen.

I’m sitting here in awe having just finished my pizza from Za Pizzeria. I moved here over a year ago and have tried over 30 different take out pizzas in Calgary, but Za Pizzeria is hands down the best pizza I have had in this city. Perfect crust, amazing sauce, excellent flavor profile in all of their recipes. Plus as an east coaster I am very critical of garlic fingers, but they had the best garlic fingers I have had with a perfect donair sauce.

BEST PIZZA IN THE CITY! BEST OWNERS - SO FRIENDLY!!! Literally cannot recommend this place enough, especially the donair pizza and garlic sauce. You will not regret giving this business a try!

Ordered for the first time and was not disappointed! Had the pepperoni and the mozza pesto. I liked the mozza pesto but I think I would have liked it more if it had slightly less cheese. Either way I will definitely be back! The friendly service was also a plus :)
